The listing information of your home-for-sale on MLS needs to include seller-offered-commission rate that is why agents bring potential buyers to your home. Approximately 80% of listings on MLS offers buyer’s agent “3.5% of the 1st $100,000 and 1.5% of the balance of sale price”.
